Happy Father's Day, my dear one!

Thank you for all you do to be a great father for our family. For every late night Gumbo walk. For every litter box clean up. For all the laundry and watered plants. For paying the bills and sweeping the floors. The little things around the house are big things to me!

For the way you love our son from the moment of his birth through the tough and easy moments. He has a wonderful role model in you, and I have the perfect partner.

Seven Months Old

I feel like each time I post Julian's monthly pictures, I can't believe that he's growing up! I have a hard time remembering when he was so small and his cry was filled with newborn intensity. He slept all the time and was pretty much a lump. But that's natural for newborns.



Julian is super active these days. If you put him down on the floor, within seconds he is no longer where you laid him down. He rolls with great intention. He can mostly sit up on his own. He wants to roll off of every surface, especially the changing table.

Quiet and Loud

Today is Julian's 7 month birthday. We promise to have Yoda pics up soon, but here's a little something to savor until we can get those posted.

Julian absolutely loves to read, especially books that have noises in them, singing, or any excitement really. This is a new favorite, and he reacts the same way every time you read it.
